ORDERING TIMELINE

We require a minimum of two weeks to process all requests that require printing and shipping. Please keep in mind that this timeline accounts for the availability of our designers and shipping team, as well as the necessary lead time from printers, vendors, and potential shipping delays. Planning ahead will help ensure that everything is delivered promptly and efficiently.

For digital requests, we ask that you give at least one week notice.​

 

NOTE: Some items involve a longer production time, including customized case cards, banners, and hang tags. Please allow 3-4 weeks for these items.

REQUESTING TASTING MATS

We have created 6 tasting mats (listed below) featuring our most requested combinations. Go to the Barrell Store, click on “Event Supplies” and select the menu you want. For customization, select “Custom Tasting Mat” and fill in the required information. If you have a logo, email it to POS@Barrellbourbon.com.

REQUESTING MENUS

Click on “Event Supplies” and select “Menu.” Once you have placed your order for a menu on the Barrell Store site, please email POS@Barrellbourbon.com and cc your manager with the following information:

 

1. Standard Menu or Flight Menu

2. If physical, please include the size

3. Account logo (if applicable)

4. List of cocktails, pours, food, etc. Please write exactly what you would like on the menu. The creative team will input information exactly as sent.

REQUESTING EVENT PRICE LISTS​

Click “Event Supplies,” select “Price List,” and fill in the information. Pricing must be approved by your sales manager. The default size is 8.5x11”, which is a standard piece of paper. If you need a different size and/or if you have a logo to include, please email POS@Barrellbourbon.com with your order number.

REQUESTING PROMO CARDS

Promo cards can be used for merchandise discounts or free shipping. Please note that these are to be used sparingly and must be approved by your manager before creating. For larger quantities, we use individual promo codes to track who is placing orders.

 

Contact Katie@Barrellbourbon.com and cc your manager for these requests.

REQUESTING CUSTOM MARKETING MATERIALS

If an account needs custom marketing materials, select “custom shelf talkers” or “custom sell sheets” under the Marketing Materials tab on the Barrell Merch site. Once the order is placed, send an email to POS@Barrellbourbon.com with the information below:

1. Product type and barrel number

2. “Selected by” label wording (if applicable)

3.Tasting notes written by yourself or the account.

NOTE: Tasting notes must be provided before creating the materials. Please note that the creative team does not write tasting notes and will input the information exactly as provided.

REQUESTING CUSTOM BOTTLE SHOT

If an account asks for a custom solo shot, please send an email to Katie at Katie@Barrellbourbon.com and include the following:

 

1. Date needed

2. Product and barrel number

3. “Selected by” label wording (if applicable)

4. If applicable, any design specification (ex: the account says no shadows, RGB vs CMYK)

SIGNAGE

We offer a wide range of signage options, including window wraps, lightboxes, and any other custom signage your account may need. Bottles and labels can be swapped out if needed.

Please us the "Signage" PDF in the "BDM Materials" folder in Dropbox to select your image.

REQUESTING SIGNAGE

Please email Katie@Barrellbourbon.com and cc your manager with the request. Please include:

1. Date needed

2. If it is a digital or physical request

3. If physical, include the size, quantity, and address of where to send

4. Account logo (if applicable)

5. Include the name of the image from the PDF titled “Barrell Craft Spirits Designs.” This file will be in the BDM Materials folder in Dropbox.

6. Be as detailed as possible

MERCHANDISE

We have a selection of merchandise on Barrellstore.com under the “POS” tab. However, if you would like any of the merchandise shown on our Barrellbourbon.com website (shown on the next slide) to bring to accounts or events, please email POS@Barrellbourbon.com and cc your manager. We try to limit the amount of consumer merchandise that we give out to accounts.

Branded event and tasting supplies can be ordered at Barrellstore.com. Select “event supplies” for the items below. If you need something not listed, contact POS@Barrellbourbon.com and cc your manager so that we can source items for you. Please do not purchase or brand items for events without approval:

OFF PREMISE SUPPLIES

Choose the “off-premise” tab for case bins, case cards, and the case bin info sheet. If you need customized off-premise signage, please follow the “Requesting Signage” guidelines. 

CASE CARDS

We have multiple case card designs. They are 9.5” in width and fit the 6-pack boxes that our bottles are shipped. Click on “Marketing Materials” and select the case card that you want.

NOTE: Custom case cards can only be produced for accounts that need a minimum

of 25 cards, unless the account plans to handle the printing themselves.
